A new Crystal Lagoons project in Florida is preparing to open its doors. Brightwater, located in North Fort Myers, whose crystalline lagoon will add a distinctive appeal to this Lee County town, making it a tourist hotspot offering a year-round tropical lifestyle.

These last three projects are also with Metro Development.
The artificial lagoon, which spans 6 acres is suitable for swimming and water sports and is surrounded by white sandy beaches, will be the centerpiece of Brightwater, the first of its kind in Fort Myers. Lounging areas and swim-up bars will surround it.
This idyllic setting will allow for various water activities such as swimming, obstacle races, floating slides, kayaking, paddle surfing, and windsurfing. In addition to Crystal Lagoons amenity and other recreational attractions, the project includes a diverse residential offering ranging from condominiums to sustainable and intelligent single-family homes, and an exclusive neighborhood for seniors. The extensive network of trails, vast green areas, natural parks, playgrounds, and pet-friendly zones highlight Brightwater’s focus on promoting an outdoor and community-oriented lifestyle.
