Crystal Lagoons® has announced it is to enter the Pakistani market with 15 Public Access Lagoons™. The innovation firm has signed an exclusive Master Agreement to develop crystalline lagoons, also known as PAL™, adding to a list of extremely successful projects that the company is currently moving forward with on all five continents.
The multinational has partnered with Ary Group, Pakistan’s largest holding, present in the Middle East, Europe and the U.S., linked to businesses relating to banking, real estate, gold production, retail, jewelry, as well as 12 TV channels that broadcast in over 100 countries.
The Ary Group’s owner, Salman Iqbal, is considered a highly influential businessman and one of the most daring in the entertainment industry.
Salman Iqbal also owns Pakistan’s leading cricket team, the Kirachi Kings, sponsored by “Ary Laguna Karachi”, which will be Crystal Lagoons first development in the country.
PAL, a robust business model
Considered a major contract for Crystal Lagoons, the developments are to be established in strategic cities across Pakistan, such as Islamabad, Lahore, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sukkur, Gujranwala and Larkana.
The nation’s most populated city and financial capital, Karachi, has been confirmed as the location for the first project.
Once operational, they will generate projected annual sales of more than US $550 million, and are expected to receive over 12 million visitors annually.
“Pakistan is a market with great potential for PAL projects due to its climate and population, among other factors. This is a very robust proposal, for which Crystal Lagoons is choosing the best partners,” explains Felipe Baldwin, Global Business Director at Crystal Lagoons.
PAL offer rates of return higher than any industry and are attracting international investors seeking new recreational alternatives and safe long term investments.
